It's finally here. The Virginia Tech Football season is set to kick-off later this week, along with getting the Brent Pry era underway. Justin and Tim take a look at the roster from top to bottom, beginning with the defense. Brent Pry, from 2016-2021 is one of the more decorated assistant coaches in college football. Pry will look to get Virginia Tech back to its roots, bringing an aggressive style of defense back to Blacksburg. We go position by position to take a look at where guys stack up on the depth chart, and some of the key areas to watch this season.
Offensively, there are more question marks. The Hokies return four starters from last season, which includes a new QB and three new starters on the offensive line. Depth is an issue they discuss as it relates to the offense, and they take a look at the receiving corps that has little production returning from last season, after the departures of Tre Turner and Tayvion Robinson. Grant Wells is also a big topic of conversation, as well as Tyler Bowen's offensive philosophy.
Justin and Tim also take a look at the schedule and discuss where they feel the Hokies will end up once the season ends. A great way to kick-off the season. Be sure to subscribe, leave a review, and share with your friends.
